To delete your GrapeVine account, follow these simple steps:
Open the GrapeVine App: Launch the GrapeVine app on your device.
Access the Menu: Tap on the Menu button located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Edit Profile: Select the “Edit Profile” option from the menu.
Delete Account: Tap the bin icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Confirm Deletion: You will be prompted to confirm if you are sure you want to delete your account. Confirm to proceed.
Upon confirming, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours. This includes:
Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
Usage data and preferences
Any content or data you have uploaded or created within the app
Retained Data
Certain data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. After this retention period, all data will be completely removed from our systems.
